Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until they are completely melted and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sour cream, and olive oil until well combined.
- Pour the wet egg mixture into the dry flour mixture and stir until you have a dough-like consistency.
- Now, add the melted cheese mixture to the dough and mix until everything is fully combined and forms a smooth, uniform dough.
- Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion out the dough into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly, and slightly flatten the tops.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. The cheese bread is best when served warm.
