Keto Fathead Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave. Microwave the mixture in 30-second increments until it’s fully melted. Stir well to combine.

  7. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until it’s golden brown.
  8. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and add your favorite low-carb pizza toppings.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve!
