Ingredients:

For Shrimp Filling:

  • 1 pound of big prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Cilantro Lime Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado
  • Sliced jalapeños

Instructions:

1. Cheese Shells:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese, ground cumin, and chili powder.
  4. Scoop 1/4 cup of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out.
  5. Flatten and shape each portion into a circle.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the sides turn golden brown.
  7. Allow the cheese shells to cool for a few minutes before gently peeling them off the parchment paper.

2. Shrimp Filling:

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the prawns until they are evenly coated.
