Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs

- 1 can (14 oz) of unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and powdered erythritol over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until the mixture thickens and becomes a golden color.
- After taking off the heat, stir in the vanilla essence. Let it cool before using in the bread.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet components into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the Keto sweetened condensed milk until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and use a spatula to smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
