Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and powdered erythritol over medium heat.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until the mixture thickens and becomes a golden color.
  3. After taking off the heat, stir in the vanilla essence. Let it cool before using in the bread.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
