- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2-3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (seeds removed for milder heat)
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Almond flour, baking soda, and salt should all be combined in a large mixing dish.
- Cheddar cheese has been grated and added to the dry ingredients.
- The eggs should be well beaten in a separate basin. Then add the melted butter and sour cream to the eggs and mix until smooth.
- When a thick batter develops, add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and whisk until combined.
- Fold in the chopped jalapeno peppers and cilantro (if using) into the batter.
- Spread the batter evenly in the loaf pan that has been prepared.
- A toothpick put into the centre of the bread should come out clean after 40 to 45 minutes of baking it in the preheated oven.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes after taking it out of the oven.
- After cooling slightly, carefully remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
