Instructions:

For the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for about 20-30 seconds until softened.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a round pizza crust shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and transfer the crust, along with the bottom parchment, onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
