Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crepe Batter:
  • In a blender, combine almond flour, eggs, almond milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend until the batter is smooth and well combined.

  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet, swirling it to spread evenly.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to brown, then flip and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Repeat until all the batter is used, placing cooked crepes on a plate.
