Keto Creamy Garlic Chicken Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cauliflower rice or zoodles (optional, for serving)


  1. Season the chicken breasts liberally with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Take the chicken out of the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for approximately a minute, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the skillet, scraping up any browned pieces from the bottom.
  5. Mix in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian spice. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and ladle some of the sauce on top. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened further.
  7. Before serving, garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley.
  8. Serve the creamy garlic chicken hot over cauliflower rice or zoodles, if desired.
