Chicken Cheese Balls

Chicken Cheese Balls

Ingredients
1 pound Ground chicken
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
2 Large eggs, beaten
Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper and all the components should be thoroughly combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and set them aside on a plate or baking sheet.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat and 1-2 inches should be covered with the oil.
  4. Dip each chicken cheese ball into the beaten eggs, making sure to coat it thoroughly. Then carefully place the coated ball into the hot oil. Repeat this step until the skillet is filled with chicken cheese balls, leaving enough space between them for even frying.
  5. Fry the balls for about 5-7 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides. If necessary, fry them in batches to avoid overcrowding the skillet.
  6. Once the chicken cheese balls are cooked, transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve the chicken cheese balls warm as an appetizer or snack. They can be enjoyed on their own or served with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara sauce or ranch dressing.

These chicken cheese balls are deliciously crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a flavorful combination of chicken and melted cheese. They make a great party appetizer or a tasty snack for any occasion.
