Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Ingredients
2 cups Almond flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon Dried dill
1/4 teaspoon Dried chives
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/3 cup Melted butter
2 Large eggs
1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- For best results, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dried parsley, dried dill, dried chives, and paprika.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the melted butter and eggs. Mix thoroughly until the dough combines.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. You should get around 10 biscuits.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the biscuits turn golden brown.
- Before serving, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for a while.
