Ingredients:
– 4 cups broccoli florets
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1/2 cup diced red onion
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener (such as erythritol or stevia)
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cooked and crumbled bacon, diced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Use separate small bowl, mix with mayonnaise, granulated sweetener, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well blend. Adjust the seasoning after the taste if needed.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together and the broccoli to soften slightly.
