KETO MAGIC COOKIES
Ingredients
2 cups Almond flour
1/4 cup Coconut flour
1/2 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup Favorite keto-friendly sweetener, such as erythritol
1/4 cup Butter, melted
2 Large eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup (Optional) Sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Place a baking sheet on your oven’s 350°F (175°C) rack and preheat the oven.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, shredded coconut, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate basin.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until a dough forms.
- If desired, fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
- Take spoonful’s of the dough and shape them into cookies. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Once taken out of the oven, the cookies should cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before being moved to a wire rack to finish cooling.
