Keto Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and no longer pink, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the cooked beef. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is softened.
- Season the beef mixture with salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the heat after thoroughly stirring to mix.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of the greased dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the beef mixture.
- Pour the egg and cream mixture over the top of the cheese and beef.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the center is set, and the top is golden brown.
- While the pie is baking, prepare the topping by mixing together the grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped dill pickles.
- Once the pie is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Spread the pickle and mayonnaise topping over the hot pie.
- Slice the pie into 6 servings and serve hot.
