Ingredients:

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Crust Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt.
- Add the dry ingredients and the egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Alfredo Sauce:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the minced garlic is fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
