Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions:

Crust Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and the egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust.
  6. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Alfredo Sauce:

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the minced garlic is fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  3. Reduce heat and gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Pizza Assembly:

  1. Once the crust is baked, spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the crust.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded chicken over the sauce.
  3. Add sliced cherry tomatoes, black olives, and any other desired toppings.
  4. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the toppings are heated through.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
